Baltimore Man Convicted of Cyber Credit Card Fraud

Glenard C. Blount, 35, formerly of the 5400 block of Cedella Avenue in Baltimore, pled guilty to felony credit card fraud in Baltimore City Circuit Court. The charges arose out of Blount’s misuse of the personal information of dozens of unsuspecting consumers in different states, including their credit cards.
