Maryland man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after his vehicle struck utility poles and caught on fire, police said. Michael 59, was arrested following a motor vehicle crash, according to police. Michael allegedly struck two utility poles and passed out, at which time his vehicle caught fire. Michael was pulled from the engulfed vehicle and transported to Hospital, for treatment of his injuries, police said. He is pending an appearance in court.
