In Reicher v. Reicher, 77 A.2d 7 Md.,(1950) the court stated that in suit for divorce a mensa et thoro on the grounds of desertion, atmosphere of the trial is invaluable in reaching a correct result, and for that reason, the Court of Appeals will not disturb the chancellor’s findings of fact, except where they are clearly contrary to the weight of evidence.
