In Bryce v. Bryce, 181 A.2d 455 , Md.,(1962) the court stated that (1) Showing of mental disease short of actual insanity does not constitute a defense to a divorce action based on constructive desertion.(2) Mere high strung nerves and unrestrained impulsiveness of a sane woman will not prevent her actions from amounting to legal desertion.
