Noellert, 182 A. 427 Md.,(1936) the court stated that where husband was sane at time he deserted wife, such sanity continued full statutory period of three years, and subsequently thereto he became insane, such insanity, though existing at time divorce suit was brought, would be a bar to suit to set aside divorce decree.
